Satan is a master counterfeit. His number one goal is to give birth to a harlot church that boast of being the queen of heaven and the true bride.

Rev. 18:7 Give her as much torture and grief as the glory and luxury she gave herself.
In her heart she boasts, 'I sit as queen; I am not a widow, and I will never mourn.'

According to Revelation 17 & 18 she seduces the world with her lust, her luxury and her pleasures. The Kings of the earth and the citizens of this world become intoxicated with her pleasures and addicted to her adulteries.

Rev. 17:4 The woman was dressed in purple and scarlet, and was glittering with gold, precious stones and pearls. She held a golden cup in her hand, filled with abominable things and the filth of her adulteries.

She enslaves the world and tempts Gods people to put their trust in her system of provision, protection, and worship.

She longs for Gods children to become content with singing the songs of Zion while settling for Mystery Babylon.

Rev. 17:5
This title was written on her forehead:mystery BABYLON THE GREAT
THE MOTHER OF PROSTITUTES AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.

Psalm 137:1-6
By the rivers of Babylon we sat and wept
        when we remembered Zion.
    [2] There on the poplars
        we hung our harps,
[3] for there our captors asked us for songs,
        our tormentors demanded songs of joy;
they said, "Sing us one of the songs of Zion!"

[4] How can we sing the songs of the Lord
        while in a foreign land?
    [5] If I forget you, O Jerusalem,
may my right hand forget its skill.
[6] May my tongue cling to the roof of my mouth
if I do not remember you,
if I do not consider Jerusalem
        my highest joy.

The church in the West today is content with singing the songs of Zion in Mystery Babylon. Unfortunately, 90% of the deception is rooted in this one simple but profound act of contentment. We are blinded by our contentment with the pleasures of Babylon. Therefore we are settling for a counterfeit. The Beast has given birth to the harlot by convincing Godly men that it is ok to settle for singing the songs of Zion while traveling through Babylon. The beast allows good and godly men to build houses of worship and offer sacrifices to their God. He encourages them to be creative and offers them suggestions for reaching the masses. He gives this harlot power, prosperity and pleasure for a season in order to accomplish his purpose. He tells her that she is the true Queen of Heaven and the true Bride of Christ. Yet God calls her a harlot.

The test of faith today, is the test of holy discontent. Today is the day of obedience and not sacrifice. God is calling his bride to reject Mystery Babylon and meet him in the wilderness....

Well said Adam. You have what I call Holy discontent. You recognize that something is not right. You recognize that something is missing and that we desperately need to make some changes.

The church in the West may be facing some potentially dark days ahead. I believe that we have been weighed in the balances and found wanting (Jesus is not enough). Unfortunately, we are all guilty; from the White House to the church house and even within our own houses. We have fallen prey to the more monster; the bigger is better mentality and the end results are all the same. God will hand us over to our own greed and lust for more. The more monster is what I call bondage, or captivity. We are slowly but surely becoming slaves to a life style of gluttony that is unsustainable. We will destroy ourselves by trying to sustain our appetites for more success, growth, and power.

Thanks for the comment Stanley! I agree this is a BIG subject that really does take some time to study out. I'm still working on it as a matter of fact. You bring out a good point. Personally I would never have thought of the word "soon" meaning suddenly or unexpectedly. But it just goes to show you, people interpt words in different ways. I guess this could be why we often say things that we really mean but really don't mean what we meant to say! LOL, I'm not sure that did! Anyway, thanks again for engaging the blog post, may God bless you.

Thanks, Adam, for telling it like it is! It is my understanding that the word "soon" means suddenly and unexpectedly, not a point in time as we usually think of it...I must admit that this is a BIG subject and can hardly be covered here...

Amen Rudy! I believe the only way we learn how to rightly divide the word of truth is to commit ourselves to study it. And when we commit ourselves to study God's word, His Spirit reveals what we need to hear. His word molds me daily, He's still working on me, to make me what I ought to be, it took Him just a week to make the moon and the stars, but He's still working on me!

Good point bro. My first few years of ministry where I was witnessing or preaching I took scripture out of con text and with age and study I was shown my folly. My question is how do we know what the author is trying say unless read in context. God's Word does not conform to me, I am mold by it.

Awesome Chad! I love it! Thank you so much for your posting, it brings alot of understanding with it. I guess I should say, I should not have named Barack Obama personally. Better words would have been the "President of The United States" I personally have no vendetta with Barack Obama. That being said, I do have a question that maybe you could expound on to help me get a better understanding in my mind. I know God is all knowing, all powerful and everything is under His leadership. But why do we always assume His will is always done? Is it His will that Barack Obama is President of the United States? Was it His will that Hittler ruled and killed millions of His Jewish people? Were those that stood against Hittler "resisting the ordinance of God"? Was/Is America "resisting the ordinance of God" when we help bring down the reign of Saddam Husian and others currently? Didn't God allow them to be in the position they were in according to Romans 13:1? Should we (Americans) be fearful of God's judgement coming upon us because of our involment as a nation in bringing down these powerful rulers? I believe those Christians in North Korea and China are honorable and pray God will protect them and help them obtain freedom. But I believe our American view that "it will never be illegal to be a Christian in America" is a very short sited and naive position. In 2011 Americans have far fewer freedoms than we did just 50 years ago. Freedom is not, and never has been free. We must fight for it. Fact is if "Black" Americans didn't "resist and fight" slavery would still exist to this day. Thank God for men like Martin Lurther King Jr. that had the courage to stand against governments that said he was second class because of his skin color. It cost him his life but brought freedom to thousands upon thousands of others. Help me understand....in the end you're right, it's time Christians start living like Christians and stop pointing a finger of blame toward government. Thank you so much again Chad, you are an awesome man of God and I value your response so much! I love you brother!!
